Weeding

No landscape maintenance can exist without the ability to provide a quality weeding solution. The specialised team within Neal Landscapes will maintain shrub borders, tree bases and hard surfaces in a weed free condition by a combination of manual and chemical means.

Appropriate protective equipment will always be worn and work will be undertaken in accordance with COSHH and any other relevant safety regulations. Neal landscapes are NPTC and City & Guild certified in – Pesticide Application (PA1): Safe Use of Pesticides & Pesticide Application and (PA6A): Hand Held Applicators.

Shrub pruning

Our team take extra care in our shrub pruning. Our knowledgeable team always take into account the correct time of the year to prune each individual shrub whether it be in a retail park, industrial unit or office block, allowing the plants to flourish and flower as nature intended.

Our team will always take extra care and attention when encroaching onto footpaths, carparks and fire exits as safety always comes first.

Hedge cutting

Hedge cutting is a specialised skill and requires a significant amount of patience and expertise. We guarantee that the qualified operative assigned to your hedge cutting will have plenty of both. This pruning will only be performed outside of the birds nesting season.

We will make sure that any excess dead wood is removed correctly and any remaining hedges pruned. Any shrubs or weeds that grow at a faster rate will be removed.

Tree maintenance

Tree maintenance is a key aspect of keeping all trees healthy and safe. Neal Landscapes offer specialised tree management within the landscape maintenance package we are able to provide.

Our tree maintenance includes, checking tree belts and ties, adjusting and replacing any that do not meet current standards, checking tree stakes for firmness and rotting with removal or replacement as necessary, checking trees for signs of damage to the stem, crown or branches.

Once completely satisfied we will proceed to pruning and cutting back any damage as necessary, lifting the crown where required to maintain a safe distance from vehicles, the general public and clients.

Leaf clearances

The beginning of Autumn can be a huge inconvenience for managing agents and business owners. Fortunately, here at Neal Landscapes we are able to offer a bespoke package to assist with the removal of Autumn leaves and debris.

Our leaf clearance service includes a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly leaf removal. Neal Landscapes will ensure that your grounds remain leaf free for the entire season.
