Clean up – Case study two

About this project

This area behind one of the units on a site we maintain was a breeding ground for tenants to dispose of their rubbish. We suggested to our client that if we removed/reduced the shrubs and trees it would open up the area, therefore reducing the temptation for waste to be discarded.

Our client was in agreement and gave us instructions to carry out the works.

As you can see, the area now as a clean fresher look and we are hopeful that the tenants will now take more care with the amount of litter being produced.

Please see below some before, during and after photos

You can see it is considerably different, looks much cleaner and well kept. We will be allowing some of the shrubs to grow to create a 2 tier hedge at a much more maintainable height.
